We believe you wish to feel you have done everything you possibly can for your loved one when their needs require them to depend on you and others for care. 

We also know that many carers need support to manage overwhelm, guilt and the huge impact caring for another can have on you and your own family.

Composure Psychology provides specialist Older Adult and Carer services that include assisting families with transition adjustment (e.g. to residential care) and provision of effective talking therapy for Older Adults and Carers.
