Research shows most difficulties and recommended treatment will require between 12 and 24 sessions of therapy. Therapy is an investment in YOU and your family; a time, emotional and financial investment. Purchase or Gift a set of sessions and SAVE.

STUDENTS:

If you are a student and can prove you are in full time education we may be able to help you access talking therapy with a student discount. Please contact us to discuss this.

HEALTH INSURANCE:

If you have health insurance, your health insurer may pay for your talking therapy. We are recognised health care providers for most of the large insurers including;

OTHER OPTIONS:

If our guideline rates are unaffordable for you at this time (we do understand that therapy involves a series of commitments including time, financial, and a commitment to change) we may be able to offer lower rates working with a trainee clinical psychologist. All of our trainees receive regular supervision from fully qualified Clincal Psychologists. Please call us to discuss this.
