Dr Janine Hayward
Founder and Director of ComposurePsychology (since 2013)
With over two decades of experience in psychology, health, and corporate environments, Dr Janine Hayward is dedicated to helping people release unhelpful beliefs, foster resilience, and develop a lasting life skill of psychological flexibility; the ability to cope and thrive in the face of uncertainty, discomfort and life’s inevitable challenging events.
Featured in leading publications including the Financial Times (Finance IQ), Newsweek, and Stylist, and Workplace Wellbeing Professional, Janine and her team provide research based talking therapy, counselling and wellness coaching. Difficulties addressed include anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, cancer and chronic illness, pain, work stress, challenging relationships, low self-esteem, lack of clarity about identity, direction and purpose.
During the retreat, Janine will lead three psychological flexibility coaching group sessions designed to help you deepen your understanding of the beliefs and decisions that hold you back, learn how to process, soothe, move beyond limits and go forward with greater clarity, control, emotional freedom and connection with those most important to you.
For the parents among you, wanting to be the best possible parents you can be and concerned about unwittingly repeating patterns or messages you experienced while growing up, Janine will lead an optional parent specific group session to help you be the parent you most wish to be and minimise any unwanted impact on your children and family from limiting, unhelpful patterns and beliefs.

Chloe Goddard
Founder of My Happy Body and Intra
With over a decade of experience, Chloe Goddard guides students on a journey of self-discovery and healing, blending movement, breath, and mindful touch to bring the body, mind, and energy system into harmony.
As the founder of My Happy Body, which has been delivering exceptional yoga experiences for over 10 years, and Intra, a hip new yoga studio in Bristol, Chloe creates inclusive and heart-centered spaces that help individuals reconnect with themselves through yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and holistic therapies.
Chloe has completed over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, specialising in Ayurvedic Yoga, and is also a qualified Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Meditation Facilitator. Her approach is deeply intuitive and nurturing, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the restoration of balance across body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in embodied healing and nervous system awareness, Chloe’s work encourages presence, release, and gentle reconnection with the innate wisdom of the body.
During the retreat, Chloe will lead daily yoga sessions blending mindful movement, breath, and stillness to help you release what no longer serves, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner strength and clarity.
